Roche Urbanisation is a substantial development of individually designed detached villas with the added advantage of being very close to the wonderful sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz. Walking time from this villa to the beach is about 20/ 30 minutes according how you walk. There are two restaurants on site, one situated on the headland overlooking the beach and sea, serving a variety of local and international dishes. The other is in the commercial area serving very local cuisine.

Casa Margarita is situated in a very quiet cull de sac at the top end of Roche offering the best of both worlds being close to the exit and other facilities and yet a walk able distance to the beach.
