The Villa is located on San Andres Golf. It is walking distance from the clubhouse and the first tee and only a 10-minute drive to the best beaches of the Costa de la Luz.
The house is very well presented. It has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a further bathroom in the pool house. There are large front and rear terraces for entertaining ‘al fresco' and 2 reception areas. The enclosed porch to the rear of the house allows for great indoor entertaining on the cooler nights.
