LARAPINTA is situated in a small suburb of Conil, Fuente del Gallo along side the beach and sea. You can easily walk along the beach to the town. Although you cannot actually see the beach from the house you can hear the sea, which is only metres away. This little urbanisation of about 100 house which are all set back on the cliff top in there own individual plots offers you just about everything for the perfect relaxing holiday. Apart from everything the house offers your own little “ pueblo” has excellent restaurants and a shop all within easy walking distance.

This wonderful villa has three double bedrooms one of which can sleep 4 persons and each has its own bathroom. The main house has two bedrooms with there own bathrooms, the master suite with double bed and the other has two singles and both have air-conditioning. The third 4-bedded room is attached to the house but is reach by walking across the inner patio that incidentally is the main outside eating area with a stone table and stools. All three bathrooms have showers only. The main part of the villa is open plan with a large lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. All very much in a Scandinavian style. If you are a “Foodie” and want to cook you have the most spacious kitchen with everything from microwave to dishwasher, 2 fridges, freezer, gas hobs, and electric oven although all the living areas are on one floor people with children might like to know there are stairs going down to a “Bodega ”( strictly out of bounds) but there is a child protection gate.

The most striking feature of LARAPINTA is the swimming pool. This area is mainly paved with small lawns surrounding a large pool shaped like a flower petal measuring approximately 18 x 16 metres at the widest parts. One of the “ petal areas” is a sunken bar so your drinks can be served at water level whilst you sit on one of the stools in the pool.

The bar area has a thatched roof, hot and cold running water, drinks cooler and ice machine. There are also stools on the dry side of the bar. The pool can be lit at night separately from the garden lights that operate automatically during darkness. This pool area is separated from the main house area by a metal lockable gate from the patio eating area. It is also accessible from the 3 rd bedroom which also has a metal lockage grill door for added safety should it be required.

LARAPINTA is truly the place to have a perfect holiday. Whether you want the beach, a pool, and a place to relax or entertain, to hideaway and read or cook that special meal. There is a stereo system in the house, a TV and internet connection should you need it. The villa has immense character with wood beams and stonewalls inside and out and traditional furniture.
