This lovely house is situated in a small luxury urbanisation on the outskirts of Conil about 1 kilometre from the town centre and short 10 minute stroll to the magnificent golden sandy beach of Los Bateles in Conil.
There are still some unfinished houses in the urbanisation but noise is minimal and the house boasts double glazing. There are also restrictions on building during high season so the possibility of any disturbance is low.
A short 5 minute stroll takes you to the large supermarket and close-by is the town market with fresh fish from the Conil coastline and fresh produce from the Conil countryside.

Ultra-modern in design and very spacious, Casa Lourdes is also fitted with all modern conveniences, including under floor central heating making the house ideal for Christmas or Easter lets.
On the ground floor is the large, bright, airy open-plan lounge and dining area with closed fireplace, TV and DVD, as well as a small CD player.
Seperated from the dining area by an American bar with stools is the lovely, modern, fitted kitchen, which has a 4 ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer (the washing machine is located in the semi-basement).
On the ground floor as well, there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath/shower and wc.
Downstairs, the semi-basment is divided into two parts, with one part housing the washing machine and the other housing sleeping quarters with a double bed and a single bed (ideal for the children).
Meanwhile on the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/wc.
There is a lovely covered front terrace ideal for eating outside overlooking the lawned garden.
