For those who prefer a more relaxed holiday, this well-equipped villa, built in 2002, is just what the doctor ordered!
Situated in the countryside ("campo") of Conil, roughly halfway between the town and its fishing harbour, this villa is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residencial area that has sprung up over the last few years.
The nearest beaches are the Cala de Aceite and the Fuente del Gallo approx. 2.5 kms away, and there are shops and a restaurant closeby (approx. 1 km). Conil, with its bars, restaurants, shops and main beach is about 4-5 kms away, a short 5 minute drive

The villa was built in May 2002 in the Ibiza style and has 3 bedrooms, all with twin beds although in the main bedroom they are together, and all situated in one wing of the villa.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with sh/wc, one of which is en-suite, and there is a toilet just off the dining area.
The large lounge area is spacious and cool, and has 2 sofas and a TV (Spanish channels), with double doors leading out onto the covered porch.
The dining area is seperated from the kitchen by a half wall, and has seating for at least 8 people (built-in benches).
The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-ring gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric toaster, electric kettle, coffee pot, and a tea pot.
The washing machine is situated in the toilet and there is a portable gas heater for those chilly spring or autumn evenings. The water heater is gas operated.
Outside there is a covered front porch with table and bench seating, a BBQ area with uncovered seating, and a lovely large private swimming pool with Roman steps (10m x 5m, depth: 1.2m-2.0m).
All in all an ideal villa for an enjoyable, comfortable stay.
