San Andres Golf is an urbanisation of mostly detached villas surrounding a substantial 9-hole golf course (shortly to be 18 holes) with a number of villas lining the fairways. There is restaurant on site offering varied cuisine plus the village of El Colorado just I kilometre along the main road that has all facilities you will require for short and longer stays.

Pinos Serenos is situated in a quiet cul de sac off the perimeter road of the golf course and backs onto the 6 th fairway. It has a large in and out drive offering ample parking and access. The gardens are laid mainly to lawns. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two have double beds and the 3 rd has a double and two singles which can be ideal for large or two families. A large square lounge with dining area has a kitchen on one side and overlooks the swimming pool area and garden on the others. The kitchen is fully fitted, as you would expect including dishwasher. Although all the facilities are on one floor with excellent access for people with walking difficulties there is a stairway to a sun terrace above the garage, should you require it. A large porch area offers excellent dining in the shade plus there is a stone table and benches along side the pool that is enclosed by a wall on three sides giving almost complete privacy. An inner patio between the kitchen and the garage can be also be used for outside eating should it be necessary.

The villa comes fully equipped with linen, towels, china, glass etc but we do ask you to bring beach towels. The villas also has analogue satellite TV and audio /stereo unit. There are sun beds around the pool. This is maintained at least twice weekly.
