Where the start date of your break is not a Saturday, the price tariff falls into the following Saturdays price band.
Making A Reservation
Making a reservation is very easy, Once you have decided on the dates that you would like to stay, simply call our bookings office on 01493 720587 stating the property and dates that you are interested in. We will check availability for you and you can then make your reservation by paying a £40 deposit.
The balance of your holiday payment will be due 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you are booking less than 8 weeks before your holiday then payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Plan
If you have to cancel before the start of your holiday, please let us know by phone and send confirmation to us in writing.
Once a booking has been made a legal contract exists which makes you liable for the full cost of the accommodation regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Our holiday cancellation plan gives you complete peace of mind should you need to cancel your holiday for any of the following reasons:
Illness, injury, death, or maternity to any member of your party or the death or serious injury of a close relative. (A medical certificate is required in all cases.)
The plan covers all of your party and is priced per unit booked.
If you have to cancel your holiday for one of the qualifying reasons you will be entitled to a full refund less the deposit part of your payment.
The cancellation plan terminates at 9am on the day your holiday starts. If your reason for cancellation is not covered by the plan or you have not paid into the plan, Red Sky will endeavor to re let your holiday accommodation, in which case a full refund less deposit will be made. There is however a £10 administration charge for this.
Please note that this is a cancellation plan and does not cover curtailment of a holiday.
